Battlefield 4

TDM is the game mode I enjoy the most, mainly because it is the mode with the fastest get in/get out time but also because I find that both Conquest and Rush have turned into too much of spawn/die/spawn/die etc. I miss the Rush from the Bad Company games where you could have progress on a Mcom due to it having its own health. Gave you a lot more option on how to attack the Mcom instead of being limited to the arm and hope you survive for 45 sec version of BF3 and 4. Which you won't, survive that is, as 80% of your teammates will be way off, up on a hill, sniping. :blah:

Who the hell are you playing BF4 with? Add a few people from this thread for a better experience with more teamwork, revives, ammo drops, and so on.

Most of the time on Rush and Conquest you only get steamrolled when playing against squads who are communicating well and working together. The trick is to be one of those squads.

If you are going to play for a couple of weeks then the standard edition is fine. Of you are likely to go balls deep and rack up hundreds of hours then the huge amount of extra content (and additional gameplay modes) of the premium edition are a must have.

Ass BossSaru says, the Javelin is excellent on the Naval Strike maps. Sadly there are very few people using the laser designator so you tend to be unable to hurt air targets.

I like the wire-guided SRAW a lot as its great against both land and air targets if you can guide it with a degree of proficiency, otherwise I tend to pick the RPG.

There are more rumours circulating about the possible 'extra' DLC. Apparently a new dogtag has been added in the CTE with an "Uplift" logo on it which some are speculating might be related.

I hope they do, some of the classic BF3 maps would be amazeballs!

Had such a laugh playing this today, something you can't do in COD is squad up and just have stupid fun - today we were team teabag, killing people in silly ways rather than boring old guns....

Shame you can't hear the comms on this one, my buddy was on base F so i was getting him to watch mr sniper!

I feel it's time for me to come back to this. After getting addicted to Destiny but having exhausted it until the DLC, and realising that CoD won't ever feel like it used to as the world has moved on, I hear the siren song of BF4 once more.
