The first game was a tense affair with both teams having to concentrate in order to keep the opposition at bay. There wasn't really much in the way of chances for either team, as both sides struggled to get that extra yard. Hulk powered a shot just past the top corner of the net during the first half and Bousouffa (I think) sent one just passed Abbiati's goal, but other than that I don't think either goalkeeper was ever troubled. Anzhi constantly looked dangerous on the counter-attack and the Milan defence had to work hard to prevent their side going behind. At the other end Hulk, who has been amazing since his mid-season transfer, continued to work away, but to no avail. Both teams cancelled each other out and a draw at the end of the 90 minutes was a fair result.

With the title confirmed and the pressure off, would the second game be more entertaining? Only slightly. Although it took until the 78th minute for the deadlock to be broken. Bousouffa was the goal scorer as he redeemed himself following a couple of first half sitters. The tricky little playmaker curled it home from 18 yards. With the game nearing an end, AC threw on Lukas Podolski in the hope of grabbing an equaliser. In the 90th minute the German forward who had been pivotal to AC Milan up until his mid-season injury, showed us why the AC Milan manager was gutted when he opened up the FTL spreadsheet on that cold Saturday morning, to find his talismanic striker had been injured. He blasted home from close range to give his side a share of the spoils.

Cheers for the games and the chat XYZ. We cancelled each other out in both games and whilst they weren't the most entertaining of fixtures, we had to work at it to keep each other out. I think 2 draws were fair.

And its done! We played it on Friday but been away for the weekend.

Bakaye Traore was an absolute monster in these 2 games for me, scoring 5 goals in total. Plus probably the greatest goal I have scored on Fifa 13... he took it on the chest the vollied it from about 30 yards out, it rattled of the crossbar then the post before crossing the line, I was pretty excited and thought Id save it for all of your admiration, yeah, it was left of the highlights. Mint. Cheers Fifa!
