Yeah, I think I'm up to about 90 hours now which I know isn't a lot for some people. Despite that amount of time dedicated to the game I still wouldn't recommend it to a friend as I think it is incredibly short on content and incredibly grind based, which is a terrible combination. I still love actually playing the game though.

Are you sure you haven't got it set to stay in rest mode for 3 hours to charge controllers and then turn off? It was a new option in 2.0

EDIT: To be accurate, it turns out that the option to receive downloads had been turned off by the v2.0 firmware. Turned it back on and it's staying on

That's probably exactly why I've not played for about three weeks now... once you actually start playing it's always great fun but 'the idea' of it isn't that appealing, or something...

Hundreds of hours bringing the pain and hell, I'm just burnt out on the thing at the moment. It'll rekindle at some point though I'd imagine.

I realised I only now own Destiny on PS4 and Singstar. And I know that from Tuesday with Halo on X1, I'm not sure how much Destiny I'll play. Most of my mates got to Level 26 and got bored, I'm around Level 12 I think. I do enjoy the game in short bursts, but I'm not sure wether keeping it is wise. Part of me doesn't want to trade it due to the fact prices are now rock-bottom and I'll only have one PS4 game on disc, and lets face it, Singstar is fun but not a game.

Yes, that is of course great value and I will be relying on the service for the next few months to play some titles, hence I hope for one retail, one indie a month!

Yeah I toyed with the idea of buying it even though I hated the demo but it's dumb as fuck buying something just because it's limited. Might as well get an actual retro game that isn't the gaming equivalent of Family Guy.

I know this is a bit of a tangent but what's going on with the Morpheus? Is that still even happening? Next year's e3 maybe?

They just went really quiet on it after showing off the actual finished headset, I'd have thought they'd want to do their best to 'beat' the commercial version of the Rift to the shops.

The Oculus Rift guy was giving a talk at a conference last week, which was really interesting. He was talking about all the other companies doing VR and specifically said they'd had Sony over - this was in response to a question about whether or not he was afraid someone else would release a consumer unit first, do a bad job of it and poison the well. Earlier in the talk he said he reckoned they were 2-3 years away from fully solving problems like motion sickness.

I don't think we'll see Morpheus until half way through this generation, frankly.

New firmware update 2.02 to fix an issue with Dragon Age.

I had an update on my console yesterday not sure what version that was 2.01 or 2.02

2.01 was not mandatory so it was probably that being pushed out before 2.02 which was available this morning.
