Thats even better than the deal I got last month :(

That is way better than the £439 Killzone Bundle I got on release !!

Although I did sell the camera for £80 & game for £30 to get the price down to £329

That's what I got. I might ditch Destiny though, it seems too online / headset essential for me.

Oh man, it is THE GAME for me at the moment, absolutely love it.

Cracking deal & surprised from Game of all places.

But I'm right about headset essential, yeah?

In fairness it couldn't hurt to physically open the bloody thing and play it before I write it off, haha. But it's hard. My Xbox 360 / 3DS backlog isn't going to benefit from the new COD and finally getting to play TLOU!

Headset is essential yes but only for when playing with friends which is when this game comes alive. You can play with randoms & you don't need a headset but with friends the experience is just 10 100 1000 times better

I've only got a cheap headset

I'm the same like most I have a large 360/PS3 backlog but heck they can wait. I want to play new SHINY on my PS4.

TLOU is an amazing game & I'm jealous you are going to be experiencing it for the first time.

I prefer Destiny a lot more now that I've played the SP of CoD....

Makes me really want that co-op city based game that has been used on every trailer reel for PS4 that I now can't remember the name of.

Battlefield Hardline?

Don't think that has co-op.

The Division?

That's the fella.

I think for me, the whole drop in drop out co-op campaign (ideally a bit more emergent than Destiny) is the way forward. DeathMatch I've got bored of after it being essentially virtual paintball and not really changing since Doom.

Will be getting my launch PS4 back after lending it to a friend to play TLOU two months ago. Cant say that I have missed not having it at all, been getting my gaming fix via PC, and there is still next to nothing of interest to me on Sony's console. I would say that Drive Club being a let-down is the nail in the coffin for me - its been a massively disappointing console. Another one for the Trading folder shortly.

I'm loving mine, and I've only played one game on it. The controller is a big improvement.

This could be like an "I'm Spartacus" line if you added "But I've used Netflix a bit and downloaded some PS+ games" to it.

There was an undeniable drought for quite a while, not Nintendo style by a long shot but it didn't have a very strong release list to begin with in regards to 'proper' next gen titles.

A mate of mine kept on taking the piss when I'd bring it round to his and we'd end up playing Towerfall, Mercenary Kings, Don't Starve or other indie games which didn't even remotely need £350 spent on it :D

Now it's going to get silly again for the winter period and I'm going to get a pile of shame on before the new year I reckon.

I've played my PS4 more in the last few weeks than I have in the near-entire year I had it since launch. The game? Spelunky, a game I've been playing on Xbox 360 for two years. I've only put one game disc in the machine and that was TLoU, which I played for all of about three hours.

It's not exactly been the best first year but hopefully more interesting things are on the way. Like the bloody Witness.

Santa has just bought my daughter a PS4 for xmas. I'll want to test it out before it hides in the loft.

All I want to do is connect it to a TV, turn it on, check it works then turn it off. Don't want to link it to my PS+/PSN account or anything - rightly or wrongly I'm going to leave that till xmas morning because now that she is 9 that'll totally give the game away (although I suspect she secretly knows the truth anyway).

My question is this - the PS4 doesn't switch on in a special "welcome, lets configure this PS4 before you play" mode - does it? Just making sure I dont leave a breadcrumb trail when its switched on for the "first" time on xmas morning.
