Sony boss and PS4 on BBC breakfast news right now..

Edit - Bit of a crap interview. The presenter seems to be Mr negative and is looking for points to attack on, such as "why are games cheaper in the US than UK?"

All in all a bit shit.

Was a bit shit wasn't it. His parting comment - we need to look after our kids more if we want them not to play violent video games. When my daughter arrived, I though I could just let her fend for herself, apparently I've got to guide her in the early stage of life or something. Where's that parenting instruction manual :doh:

Where's going to be the cheapest place to buy an optical cable in a northern mill town? Tesco don't have any, and I resent paying Currys prices.

I wonder if the plethora of B&M Bargains type shops would have one? Hmmm. Disappointed in myself that I didn't prepare better for this.

Oh well, it's in the depot in Preston! When does the gps tracking start? I assume when it leaves. Getting excited now.

It took every bit of willpower I had not to hit Amazon/DPD customers services with tears and "WHERE'S MY SHINY!?".

Woke up this morning, all sorted, in depot, awaiting slot.

While I'm waiting for time slot I've made way for the PS4 by retiring my PS3. A strangely sad moment, it's always very much been a secondary console to the 360 but it's never given me a single moment of trouble - it's a launch model and still going strong - and I've had some great times with some of the PS3 exclusives. Bless you, kind PS3! Go with God.

As I typed this my time slot has been texted - 11.30 to 12.30. Time to get some shit done in the meantime, damned if I'll be doing anything else this weekend.
