All I can surmise from this whole tortuous experience is that Amazon have no concept of what the word "now" actually means. Mine has been "Dispatching now" for 24 hours!

Aha! Changed billing address and it's worked! No idea why it asks to manually input card details every goddamn time though.

It will be fine, it did that on my 3rd purchase. For some reason you can't add these to your cart, so i had to buy a $50, then a $50, then a $20. The first two went through OK, but the third I had that message. About half an hour later I was emailed the code.

DPD tracking won't activate until about 5-ish in my experience.
