I got my Xbox One last week from ShopTo - it wasn't actually collected by DPD until the evening of Thursday - was thinking 'this will never arrive' but duly on the Friday, I got an email saying out for delivery, then tracking info.

DPD really, really rock. GPS tracking info - almost realtime, and you know the parcel number in the queue and are given a delivery 'hour'.

It was more fun than the actual console lol!

'CMON KEITH YOU BEAUTIFUL BASTARD. DRIVE LIKE THE WIND!....'

It helped pass the time, and he was bang on time !..

Hope you folks all have similar experience.

I went in to Game in Hull Prospect earlier to prepay, and they told me that they're opening the store 2hrs before midnight as SONY are turning up with something special !!!!!! Now, do I get in the queue early in hope of getting something for free? Or just go along as normal and basque in the Sony equivalent of free Doritos and Mountain Dew (like MS turned up with last week)

They gave out Bravia TVs at the PS3 launch.

So when I follow the link from the email to track my DPD order, it says 'Parcel Status: We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly'...

I'm thinking they will still receive the PS4's today and deliver tomorrow, right? I want it today now!

Yeah. Status hasn't changed so suspect it will be Friday. Which is fine.

No way DPD are delivering them today. If they were there would be more tracking information. It just seems a glitch but if it was true then it really would be a nice bonus.

I had better download the updates ready to swap over my drive then. It's going to be a great couple of days.

That's right. I still can't relax.

I actually hope I won't get it delivered today, I'm at work and then at college! I have tomorrow off. So far I haven't had an e-mail from DPD, and my tracking number still doesn't work on their site - I reckon I'm a dead cert for tomorrow. But I hope you guys get one today if you've had the email/text.

On another note - what's the link to the update so that I can download ready?

Euro update has not been released yet. 12 today apparently.

Don't worry...DPD are aware of our parcels. They will be picking them up today for delivery tomorrow. It's just a glitch that they are stating they will be delivered today. Unless they are delivered today and then it's all :omg::omg::omg::omg::omg::omg:

Just had my text from DPD stating delivery today!!

I've had an email saying the same, although when I click to "Follow my Parcel", it simply says, "We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly."

My theory is that DPD has the parcel, but that delivery will not be allocated until the 29th, as originally intended.

In other news, I've recently bought Tearaway on PS Vita, and downloaded Guacamelee and Sonic All-Stars Racing for free on Vita with my PS+ membership. So er, I'm not sure if I need a PS4 at this moment in time... :o

Same here, nothing has updated since Sunday night. And I'd booked today off just in case of a surprise early delivery too. :hmm:
