Sexy pack from Amazon. Ordered 11th June.

Delivery estimate: 30th November.

FUCK OFF AMAZON DON'T DO THIS TO ME AGAIN YOU CUNTS.

I've only ever pre-ordered two games from Amazon. Pro Evolution Soccer 2 in 2002 and Sonic & All Stars Racing in 2012. On both occasions the game did not arrive until the following Monday. Just don't do it.

Is no one else worried about the logistics of this? With so many places delivering via DPD they must be under some strain. It's the first console launch in the real full on era of online ordering (I didn't use it much back in 05).

I dunno what the numbers are like but it seems like huge demand. Does anyone have some calming numbers?

Help help help panic panic panic I've not thought about all the ridiculous amounts of online shopping that to on before Xmas and have happened for multiple years now and which dwarf a console launch.

Is that calming enough?

Meanwhile, second set of games for ps4 have now shipped, from amazon which the post above says always deliver late. Just the console to go.

Well, I was completely secure in the certain knowledge that my pre-order would definitely be here on Friday. One might even say I was relaxed to the point of insouciance. That was until I read the last few pages in this thread. And now? Now I have "THE FEAR"!

To make matters worse my Amazon pre-order status has changed to "dispatching now", surely that can't be good.Can it?!

Amazon Mega Pack ordered 11th June ~: Status - Not Yet Dispatched.

Though it does say estimated 29th November and it's first class shipping.

Don't let me down amazon :(

June 11th and first class delivery method for mine from Amazon. Nothing yet, either. Truth is, I won't get to play it until Sunday night and I haven't ordered a game for it yet - BF4 is seeming to be out in front due to the MP (once fixed a bit).

I genuinely wouldn't care if it didn't arrive this weekend, TBH. I'm just up to the end of the second dungeon in ALBW and pretty happy with that at the moment. I'm thinking that Mario will actually get played at Christmas this year as well. Good times.

Same, same. I'm worried that I got it through asda even though the link to the bundles said none in stock. But the direct link worked.

And they've taken my money.

But nothing yet.

So, I've got the day off work on Friday, put away the old PS3 and dusted, downloaded the 1.51 update to a USB stick, added most of you guys on the PSN spreadsheet, pre-purchased the 2 free PS+ games and Warframe on PSN and have got Mario 3D World coming tomorrow to help pass the time.

Its soooo close guys!!

Fuck, delivery estimate now Saturday!! Any chance thats likely to get back on track for Friday? any point in phoning them?

So phoned Amazon, they said still a chance could arrive Friday but they don't want to make any more changes to my order as it could push it further back.

Gutted. So annoying, I had the cash there but ordered ACIV today then had another change of heart but changed the order, turns out they have reserved the cash anyway so took my amount below what needed for the PS4. To be honest I wasn't even checking now as after the stories of Bone launch I thought payment was tomorrow when I get paid.

Salty tears, I wasn't even that hyped until this happened, now I feel like I MUST have it Friday.

I went in to Game in Hull Prospect earlier to prepay, and they told me that they're opening the store 2hrs before midnight as SONY are turning up with something special !!!!!! Now, do I get in the queue early in hope of getting something for free? Or just go along as normal and basque in the Sony equivalent of free Doritos and Mountain Dew (like MS turned up with last week)
