ShopTo took my money on 19th.

Their website is absolute dog-shit. Worryingly, every once in a while it forgets that I've changed my email address and reverts back to my old one. Does not inspire confidence.

EDIT: my order is 'processing', and I haven't received any recent mails regarding my order.

I may have some Amazon rage after today's post has turned up. My PS4 copy of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag was dispatched on Thursday with an estimated delivery date of Friday and I still haven't had it. This does not bode well for my other games which are meant to arrive on PS4 launch day, which I ordered separately from ShopTo because I had gift certificates. Hopefully ACIV will arrive today. If it's lost, I'll be well annoyed.

It was sent by Royal Mail I received mine on Saturday, if you have not received today check with your local sorting office to make sure it is not awaiting collection?

Just noticed that Asda took my money straight away. I've emailed to ask if it's definitely day one (it did say it in the title but I don't trust non-gaming websites).

It bloody better arrive Friday! I feel like I have to repent all my sins to avoid any possible bad karma:

So emailing, I have just called them to check & the guy on the end of the phone said yes day one.

Delivery status:

Order Received - We’ve received your order and our warehouse colleagues are busy preparing your items for delivery. If any of your items are being made to order, for example Sofas, it’s normal for them to stay in this status for a number of days. We'll send you an email when these items have been despatched.

Had to cancel my pre-order. Just lost an appeal against a parking ticket at the county court and now have to pay £1000 in court costs. :facepalm:

No idea - Not used Asda before. I'm feeling confident though - No need to worry until Thursday I guess.

Fingers crossed for Thursday then, I think I am going to be more nervous to get this email then receive the actual console on Friday.

It was an appeal against the rejection of an Out of Time statement. Didn't even know the council could apply for further fees!

Anyway, PePiPoo are on the case, although I think I just have to cough up now.

Enjoy your PS4's, I'll be with you sometime around February.

I suspect the people still waiting for the Shopto email (myself included) might have ordered a game with it that hasn't come in yet. Is that the case for those still waiting? Is anyone with just a solo console still waiting?

Just a solo console here, listed as processing. I'm sure it's all fine, but I'd like the email just to be content.

Is there anywhere I can get one of these for delivery within the next few weeks? Or will I have to either try my luck at a shop on launch day or wait until after Christmas?

I just ordered a killzone pack from amazon with delivery before Christmas.

● Customers who place an order for this PlayStation 4 bundle will receive their consoles after release date but before Christmas

I'm hoping it's not delivered on the 24th..

I wonder why shopto claim on their website that they process orders in the order in which they were placed. That is clearly a load of bollocks. I have to say I don't see what all the fuss is about with them really. Communication from them has been dire, and their prices are nothing to shout about either.

They have never once failed to get me an item on release day and virtually every game a day early.

That's about all I'm interested in them doing.

Only the free to play games seem to have any micro transactions at all.

Although Gran Turismo 6 on PS3 will do.
