Ha ha sounds awesome your shopping list sounds similar to what mine will be ! Maybe Tesco will have bonus preorder clubcard points though instead of just going in on the off chance of a sale?

If they had bonus preorder points AND double clubcard points at the same time, that would be great.

64 customer reviews for a product that is yet to be released, amazing

Have you read them? At least half of them are either joke reviews taking the piss out of people leaving reviews already, or not reviews at all but just complaints about people leaving reviews already.

Remember the UK PS3 midnight launch in Oxford Street when they gave away new Bravia HDTV's to most of the people queuing?

I bet there's going to be a massive turn out this time round in the hope they'll do something similar.

I wonder if you'll be able to feed the PS4 through the Xbone then play the samegame on both and split (sorry snap) the screen and compare framerates?

Yo dawg I heard you liked indie games so we put a PS4 in your XBone so you can actually play them lol.

Some are very insightful:

After borrowing Mr PJ Seabrook's time machine i thought i'd go and see this wonder that is the PS4 for myself, so i set a course for the year 2014, but by accident a bit of the Gregg's iced bun i was eating at the time got lodged in one of the time circuit's and sent me forward to the year 3014!! it landed me right in the middle of an all out war between earth's last remnants of humans and GIANT KRILL!!

I signed up for a Shopto account today just to preorder a PS4 (No 'Bone). However like others if it looks like midnight launch madness will be much funs, I may cancel and join in.

What with me wanting this, a Wii U w/ Mario 3D / Kart and the new iPad all before Christmas... ouch. I do hope the 'Bone has nothing to tempt me, basically I hope Kerraig and others decide on PS4 for Battlefield 4. Also, I hope they don't release an updated Oculus Rift this side of Christmas...

Mandatory Vita remote play support, unless a game uses Move or other hardware that renders it impossible.

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-sony-mandates-vita-remote-play-for-ps4-games

I wonder if they'll give exceptions to games that use all the DS4 buttons and would work horribly with some functions shoehorned onto the touch pad.

At the press conference they said developers can specify alternate control schemes that kick in during remote play.

But I thought off tv play was a gimmick that no one wanted???

To add.. I do approve and applaud this direction.

Having it as an option to a kick ass console is different than having it on a underpowered one - with no games - that is a built around having this massive ass pad to make it possible.

Loved playing Shadow of the Colossus on my Vita from my PS3. It worked great. Having the option with every single game is huge!

Add exclamation marks to every post!

So, it's only worthwhile when it's PS4 games? Really? C'mon... You'd call me out for stuff like that.
