Yep. They're both free - one came with the game, the other is just on the store.

Was the windmill one redeemed by entering a code?

I found a "Everyone gone to rapture" theme mentioned on the EU blog but the theme cannot be redeemed anymore as they only provided X amount of them and they have all been used (a bit silly in a digital age).

Or are you referring to a different theme?

I got the windmill one free when I bought the game. Dunno if it was a limited time thing though.

I got them both free for buying the game, the Windmill when it came out, and the EB one a week or so later.

Nah, that sounds about right. TTK alone is only £36.85 from some places - £300 for a one-game 500GB PS4 bundle's about par. Probably be able to get better deals somewhere or other.

You can definitely do better than that. It's £249 alone at Simply Games, so just buying them separately is already an improvement.

PS4 just shut itself down during the middle of a Metal Gear mission.

A message popped up on screen saying "preparing to shutdown", it switched off - then when I rebooted it it went into safe mode with an error message that I hadn't shut it down properly. I hope it's not fucked.

That is worrying mid game, check your power settings on the PS4 to make sure there are no odd options selected.

no reason for power settings to be the issue, might be overheating

I suppose the idle settings put the console into standby mode so yes overheating is possible. I've got my PS4 on a glass TV stand not enclosed by anything. The glass does get warm but I've had no issues, was on yesterday for 12 hours.
