I've added my 2DS code to my signature. I'm not going to get hordes of people trashing my Animal Crossing town, am I? Because it's my sanctuary. I didn't mind so much when dizogg smashed up one of my Minecraft worlds, but this is different. I don't mind a few drawings of phalluses in my inbox but if someone messes with my New Leaf town we're going to have a problem.

My animal crossing friends are all well behaved, you have nothing to worry about.

Irem's iconic 2D shooter R-Type is on the way (the PC Engine version), along with fellow PC Engine title Alien Crush and Capcom's 2010 Street Fighter. The PC Engine titles will both retail for 600 yen each, while the NES/Famicom release will be 500 yen.

Just had a blast on the new Steel Diver, it's excellent. For some reason it makes me want a new Advance Wars game.

Steel Diver deffo has that Counter Strike all-the-pressure-is-on-you vibe, with the replays.

Quick question im sure has been asked before. There are a load of games on the 3DS I want to play now so im looking at getting one.

The 2DS and Pokemon is £99 in Game right now which seems like a good deal. Will I regret buying a 2DS over a 3DS XL? Im not fussed about the 3D but is the battery life much worse on the 2DS?

I just cant make up my mind if its worth spending £100 extra for the XL and Pokemon compared to the 2DS deal.

The XL is beautiful and the 3D on some titles is brilliant. I'd definitely opt for the XL. You should be able to find it cheaper than £200 somewhere, surely?

Definitely. My Zelda Link Between Worlds package was £189 a week or two ago.

I wouldn't buy a 2DS over a 3DS XL unless the difference in price meant having to starve to death, and hey, even so, what quality of life can one have without owning the latest Nintendo handheld anyway?
