It really is the one Mario 1 port (since all-stars) that isn't cheap in any way. If only the screen was just a little wider. But as perfect as it gets, for it's time.

During the Nintendo Direct, I'm sure that they said Yoshi's New Island doesn't actually come with the Yoshi's New Island 3DS.

To be fair it's a Yoshi special edition, not a yoshi's new island one.

I had a quick go on Saturday and thought it was alright, but my kids are completely addicted to it. One of them says it's the best game on his 2DS (the others being Pokemon and Luigi's Mansion so that's high praise indeed). He is only 10 though so don't take that as an authoritative review.

The controls are great! Sure, the graphics are a bit rough, but you can't complain about the controls.

Yep, loving Steel Diver - bought the premium pack.

Great online multiplayer - different enough to other FPS's. Slower paced, requiring different strategies. Replay feature is cool.

Liking the unlockables and various permutations too.

Shame you can't play with friends, but on the other hand - it kinda suits the quick hop on, have a blast, routine.

Having a blast with it. Absolutely no idea how to complete level 2-3 in under five minutes though! What level sub is everybody?

If it was on the 3DS I would be more optimistic, Fire Emblem seems to have sold very well and the SMT series has a moderately-sized fanbase (much smaller than the Persona series it spawned, mind you). It could sell enough on the 3DS to justify it. Can't imagine it being translated on a system with such a small install base, though.

Sorry for the dumb question I could easily look up, but how does the friend system on a 3DS work? I've just bought one and added a load of people on here from the codes in their signatures and nothing's happened.
