The eye strain pain. Plus for me it ghosts out at either side. Probably my face is at fault. I do have weirdly curved glasses too.

I saw Amazon Kindle fire Tablet outputting on Big Flat Screen TV. Not sure how it is done. But I would like to see ability to use my Nintendo 3DS XL for gaming and output on HDTV for main screen gaming. Like Gameboy Advance games on Gamecube.

3DS resolution is very low, basically 240p. It would look horrible on an HDTV

Are you saying the performance is different on older models?

I thought LBW was meant to be rock solid 60hz? I've only played it a little bit on an XL though.

Isn't the XL the same hardware wise as the original? I can't see why they'd make the XL more powerful.

LBW is almost 100% solid, there are occasional drops when you're in wall merge mode.

Yeah, the frame rate in Link Between Worlds has been absolutely solid. 60fps in 3D on my launch day 3DS. There are occasional stutters when transitioning from one screen to another but, other than one wee section where a load of Zora were attacking a turtle in the water, there's been nothing which would impact gameplay I've noticed.

Is it the same on the XL? I have no issue at all with older games like MK7 and Marioland, but Pokemon is unplayable in 3D the slowdown is that bad. Zelda is at least playable, and only suffers occasionally.

I had a lot of slowdown in a fire dungeon on LBW but otherwise it's mostly a solid 60fps. It's all the better for that fluidity, It's odd that 60fps has gone out of vogue in gaming, it's probably the thing I notice first.

The framerate drops a bit in Y when the 3D is turned on in battles but nothing that makes it unplayable.

I've had none in LBW so far.
