The TV presumably won't be used. You'll simply play the Gamepad in portrait mode and both DS screens will be played on the one screen.

Totally agree - after having it take over my life years ago I haven't touched any of the series since the second one and never tried any of the fire emblem games so this would be amazing.

I'm assuming poor sales led to the series not continuing? Although surely it must have been as popular as fire emblem?

The quick boot from gamepad update looks good, I'm assuming it'll also be a bit faster if you're not having to select a profile to use.

Should pretty much mean the game will be booted by the time my TV and amp power up.

I just picked up a Wii Fit Plus for 29.97 in the clearance basket at PC World. Do I need a Wii controller to use it as I have a basic and no Wii controllers?

You'd have been better off getting Wii Fit U which has all of Wii Fit Plus, can use the pedometer, is HD, and is £10 cheaper.

No, I just mean the range is complete shit so I'm lucky to get even that far before the fucking thing gives up the ghost. I was looking forward to house-wide use but that was one of the first disappointments.

Yeah it came with the balance board so seemed a good price if not I can put it on eBay I guess.

No. Not the remotes, at least. I'd pick up some secondhand originals if you want some, or see if there's a Wii Party U pack deal anywhere perhaps (although it's not the best game).
