Nintendo Wii U

I've not had a chance to play on the Wii U at all over the last few days, as it's impossible to prise the pad out of son no.1's grip. He's totally hooked on Super Metroid. He's about 3/4 of the way through and has declared it the best game he's ever played.

I'm raising my own little .:::Cywuhx.

nice, i didnt think kids these days liked the older games :-)

Young kids are quite happy to play pretty much any game equally. My son is as happy playing Mario 3d world as he is playing some VC games,

It's only when they become teenagers do their tastes go to pot and enjoying Mario makes you "gay", (if my nephew is anything to go by)

I think there's room for the 3D World and Galaxy titles on the Wii U. Maybe leave the NSMB series on the 3DS/next handheld (we're done with them for this gen, anyway, aren't we?) and of course a 3D Land sequel.

he probably has no respect for a game unless you can kill 100+ humanoids/sec

Just picked up WindWaker HD in the sale for £30. Cannot wait to start it later.

Where was that cheapest I've seen was £35

Would pick it up at £30 as it would be a blind buy for me having never played a Zelda game before(well I've just purchased a link to the past so will be starting that soon)

I fully expect 4-5 more Mario titles announced next year when it comes to modern Nintendo.

Hopefully not, though.

It was brand new in Grainger Games. I was prepared to pay £40 so it was a nice surprise.

Granger had Rayman Legends new for £15 today, whilst Game had ACIV still at £22.49. I picked up a second hand copy of Sonic and Sega Transformed for £17.99, and when I presented it to the guy he grabbed a sealed special edition copy and charged me £15 for it, so I kept my mouth shut.
