You absolutely, 100% will not regret it.

my brother's mate works really high up for xbone marketing

and my brother absolutely refuses to be enlightened about how shady and shite the ms console is this time around

he's also been seriously cussing the wii u ('a piece of crap', "uselss graphics" etc)

he's just ordered an xbone for his 3 kids and we are having xmas at his this year

so my plan is to let 3d world loose on his kids and watch as he sits annoyed that his precious xbone lies unused with no-one to spy on

then, after much crying and screaming from his spawn, he'll cave in and buy a wii u and 3d world (i'll show the 2d ones too :-)

I only played it briefly but ill bet that New Super Mario 3D World Land has more consistent graphics with cleaner, more elegant design than any of the PS4/bone launch titles. On top of that it has Wond Woker, the most beautiful game ever made.

jaromil taking playground console wars to a new level. I like it!

I had an hour or so on the U this morning. A good few stars on NES Remix, a bit further on LTTP (I'm stuck in the first dark world dungeon) and a quick level on 3d World. And all without turning on the telly. It's perfect for these little bite size blasts of gaming when you get a few minutes spare.

it must be done. he needs to learn that the most fun toy isn't necessarily the one with the shiniest graphics. i must re-educate him, for his own good :-)

NES Remix has taken over our house. I watched Arino on Gamecenter CX take it on this morning with my two kids and my little boy decided he would fire up the wii u while we watched it (via streaming on ps3) and play along with them on the gamepad.

He beat Arino in the Kill Bowser Challenge.

So much fun.

also, Cant wait for Super Mario Bros 3 looking lovely on my HD telly as opposed to godawful through my NES via AV Scart

god if they HD remake that I'd be in gaming heaven. SMB3 was the first mario game I owned and played all the way through.
