In my continuing saga of buying stuff the day before a sale, I paid £15.99 for Zombi U yesterday Mind you, £15.99 sounds like a cracking deal already for that game, judging by the enthusiasm in the main thread, so it's not all bad.

I bought Pikmin 3 as well today, so get ready for that going on sale tomorrow.

Ahhh please tell me you can turn off that instant replay after every shot in Wii Sports Club Golf. It's driving me mad.

The golf is a bit rough in its current state, I hope they patch it quickly. There's a replay after very single shot (even 1ft tap ins) and if your opponent doesn't skip it, you're watching it.

I think it actually looks a bit worse in HD, the trees look pretty rough, there are a few jarring frame rate drops and I'm not sure the washed out colour palette suits it as much. I think I'll be sticking with Sports Resort for the time being.

Argh, the new trial starts automatically, not a ticket download. Wanted to keep that to the weekend, too. The time-based unlock makes enough sense for the karaoke app, but I wish it was playtime-based for actual gamey games.
