Nintendo Wii U

I'm just assuming they are because this calibration is a bit much. Never had a problem with games on the Wii so maybe they're just worn out.

Tried 3 and they're all the same. It's weird it works perfectly for a couple of games and then you can watch it fuck up. Anybody NOT having this issue. Even pressing down on the cross only corrects it for a few seconds when it starts to go wrong. Shame because when it works perfectly it works perfectly.

I need Mii help. I've just tried to transfer my partners Mii from my 3DS to the Wii U. All seemed fine, it said it was sent but its not showing up in Wii Sports Club for me to choose. Any ideas?

You need to go into the Mii (Maker? Plaza? One or the other) and set them as a Favourite.

I know we have the whole TL;DR Nintendo thread but it's really quite strange that now they have all this momentum and some AMAZE games out or on the way and if they only had some of it last christmas they would have cleaned up.

Or perhaps it was all a lot more cunning than I would give them credit for and we were just massively suckered in to buying at £300 last year with fuck all to play on it, with them knowing the 'next gen' wouldn't have much this Xmas and they could undercut everyone in an amazing troll move.

..... I refuse to belive that they would have such foresight.

Fun hour on Tennis - played someone in Romania, Greece, Scotland, Australia (i think), Ireland then the uk. Latency issues with Australia and oddly greater London. I'm not very good at it but thoroughly enjoyed it, very much another go syndrome.

And some points for the south east, though not sure how that helps when playing someone in your club.

Had some great fun on tennis tonight, playing Spaniards, Londoners, and Petra from Germany... be still my beating heart. Haven't been keeping up with the news so Wii Sports HD was a surprise to me when I went to the eshop. Toki Tori too, so cheap, great stuff.

All of a sudden I feel the Wii U is gonna be alright.

Iwata: " Just have to wait a liiitle bit longa <3 "

Anyone else having lag difficulties? Guessing its teething problems only, but some matches have been almost unplayable. No probs here with callibrating. Plus my pad was returned from Nintendo within 7 days! Dead pixle revived and so far it seems to be holding its gyro callibration.

Have been playing tennis a bit. Seems as good as ever offline... Online the controls seem to go berzerk. Almost every attempt to make a close to the net return results in wobbleball. Is this because of the way theball was played to me? Maybe spin does it? I keep losing :)

Finished Wind Waker a few days ago and moved on to Pikmin 3. What a lovely game.

I'm currently 6 days in and am really enjoying the experience. The game looks lovely, has beautiful music and is peppered with humour throughout.

I've not tried playing with the wiimote as I'm finding the standard wiiu controller does the job well.

How many days do i get to play through, or is it simply a case of the game keeps going until supplies run out?

I'm getting the same with my motion plus dongle. But I've also noticed that when I point the wiimote at the sensor bar, it seems to correct ( or know that it's pointing forward).

So either it's dodgy with the dongle or they now use the sensor to also calibrate- and maybe other light sources are impacting on it?

But yeah, it seems to drift (to the left).
