So Super Mario 3D world looks pretty cool actually, however I'm not going to be playing mulitplayer games. Is it still worth getting?

Super Mario World 3D looks good but doesn't feel like a 'proper' Mario game. I'm sick of the Mario games with so much emphasis on side scrolling.

If you use the fit meter do you have to sync it every day to register your details or will it store several days worth of data? I'm wondering about those times when I may be away for a few days and am taking the fit meter with me?

It stores a week of data for everything bar steps/calories burnt and stores those two for 28 days.

Yes, you need one per person anyways, can even get one for your dog (but not your cat).

I did like the game boy colour additions with the red coins and boos though, slightly.

Yeah two player max really in nsmb win. Four players too hectic. The new one looks much better in that aspect.

Things aren't usually out in the shops before their retail release though. It's online only until the game itself is out, as made clear by Nintendo in their Wii Fit U Direct.

Shit. I downloaded Wii Fit U on Friday but have only just got around to trying it. I grabbed the balance board which hasn't seen any action in about two years only to find it's been hit by the curse of the dreaded battery acid. I've cleaned the acid out, but one of the springs has corroded away so that one of the batteries doesn't fit in properly now.

Game had used boards for around £12 a while back but I bet they'll be back up to a more extortionate price with the new game due out in shops soon. Bah!

I picked one up from CEX for £13 last week so you should be able to get one at a good price. I'm sure you're right though, buy one quick before the price goes up.

Having just seen that the PS3 has got the TuneIn app available for it, how good would that be on the WiiU? The gamepad would be perfect to choose your stream, no need to turn on the TV. Hope the Sony deal is not an exclusive.
