I don't think a new Zelda game, as much as we'd all want one anyway, would be a big OMGMEGATUNA reveal or whatever. Some other, less constant franchise being revived would be a much bigger deal, or ideally an entirely new ip making good use of the Wii U's strengths.

I would also be really pleased to see an Art Academy game announced; I think it could do pretty well on Wii U; selling it to the grannies and parents and me. It could be little more than the 3DS version with added Miiverse sharing and it would be a killer app for me. Especially if Nintendo posted photo challenges like "paint this apple in an impressionist style"! or "sketch Iwata as a woman!".

If we're doing wishlists, then release dates and pricing for Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3, Bayonetta 2, Lego City Undercover. Announcing Wii Sports U, Wii Fit U, Mario Party U (so we don't have to see them at E3), and Virtual Console stuff.

First party eShop games would be great, I'd love some completely brand new titles and a couple of old remakes, like Metroid or Kirby,

I was under the impression they'd be revealing some previously unannounced stuff tomorrow, but I may have just made a huge assumption. I do love the frequent Nintendo Direct presentations though.

My absolute most wanted thing would be F Zero; not fussed whether it's Wii U or 3DS. And Pilotwings properly re-done with several huge islands and online; other players flying around for fun and setting custom challenges for each other (take a photo of that Mountain then that Whale or Jetpack through these rings I've placed faster than me). I'd be content for eternity flying around some beautiful cliffside as birdman on the TV and staring down at the beach below using the Panoramic View on the gamepad.

I want a Metroid even more miserable, oppressive and lonely than the Super Nintendo one; a barren planet full of miserable, craggy rocks and weeds; red skies cracking with lightning and hail stroms which you'll escape from down hollow old space mines worn down with acrid pools of thick acid. You'd work your way slowly toward a molten core, for about twelve hours without encountering a single enemy, before the entire world collapses in on itself. The camera then pans out to show a crumbled mess of a planet hanging in the blankness of space, the only thing breaking the solemn silence is the occassional "Post to Miiverse?" prompt. It'd be the best game.

It says that a "new project is starting"

Then something about helping the developers (I think it means that they are recruiting).

Then it says they are also appointing a leader (レーダー could also mean "reader" but I imagine leader is more likely).

The picture in the background is the only thing that would give you any indication as to what the project may be about.

Bollox, was hoping to be able to buy WiiU games.

Im probably as well just buying some stuff on the Wii and transferring the whole lot over at once then really.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Nintendo. Wii u is on ebay .... Fuming with the big N right now !!!

6 months wait to patch a console to get it working as intended, reusing games (Kirkby epic yarn) with inserted new protagonist (insert yoshi), usual suspects with another mario kart, Zelda, smash bros, Pikmin (where is the originality ???), repay to download previously downloaded virtual console titles, a worrying absence of third party titles and an uneasy feeling that none of these titles are imminent ... Enter Microsoft and Sony to steal the show here..... Harsh but wanted more from NIntendo with the Wii U :-(

Why did you buy one in the first place? What games were you actually expecting from the system?

...and personally the likes of Wonderful 101 and LEGO City have me much more excited than anything MS or Sony have lined up this year.

..... also how can anyone be disappointed by this!

I honestly can't see what 'more' you would realistically get. It's the same as Nintendo have ever done in regards to Kart, Mario and Zelda but pikmin not being original? What would be likely from PS4 and 720? You'll need a big update for those, I'll put money on it and apart from watch dogs, it will be sequel tastic, no doubt.
