Drowning? He doesn't have fucking gills does he?

I think he's previously survived being drowned in the comics...

His healing factor usually gets meddled with whenever they realise it's difficult to have any tension in a comic where a bloke is basically immortal. For a while, possibly still actually, even if he was killed he could fight Death to return to life and heal himself.

Drowning works, it's how he killed his kid who has identical bullshit healing powers.

I miss the good old days when his regeneration was reasonable and if he got shot to fuck with an M-60, he'd spend the next few hours in indescribable agony lying on the ground for a few hours while it healed up. These days it's gotten so ridiculous he could stand at ground zero to a Tsar Bomba blast and probably walk it off.

That doesn't kill him. Not in Ultimates, anyway. He respires through his skin.

So if his head is chopped off he grows a new one with brains and eyes and everything? But then hed effectivly have an infant brain unless all his knowledge and memories are somehow in his skin.

Apparently the 'Rogue Cut' is out on Blu Ray soon, with 17 mins of additional footage including a full storyline for Rogue (spoilers for film & new cut):

After Wolvie accidentally slices up Shadowcat, they decide they need Rogue's power to absorb Kitty's and carry on whilst Kitty's incapacitated. They have to go get Rogue though, so shenanigans ensue

... and then all her clothes fall off.

Sounds as shit as the theatrical cut.

He got the script and realised he wasn't playing Gareth Hunt's character from the New Avengers.

Not all hope is lost, someone just needs to get word out to Tom Hardy that there's a role going where he'll get to do a silly voice.
