Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Oh, so this is what Star Wars looks like when the devil is not in charge.

We no longer have to be in denial over the real thing and spend all that time imaging how a Star Wars film should be in out heads. 'Nooooooo' is a thing that happened. Jar Jar Binks cannot be unseen. Whiny emo teen Anakin Skywalker turned us all into whiny emo teens. But Lucas can't hurt us anymore.

Would it be a "yay, Star Wars!" thing, or an "Ugh, tiny universe!" thing if he was an Antilles? (I'm going with "yay").

He looks a bit Wedgey, to me. Until I hear otherwise I'm calling him Slice. Slice Antilles.

.-the-bed awesome!!!!!!!!

And:

"The Force is strong in my family, my father has it, I have it, my sister has it, you have that power too. The way your dad looked at it, the Force was your birthright. He'd be damned if any Sith gonna put their greasy hands on his boy's birthright, so he hid it, in the one place he knew he could hide something: his ass. Five long years, he wore the Force up his ass. Then when he died of dysentery, he gave me the Force. I hid this uncomfortable piece of power up my ass for two years. Then, after seven years, I was sent home to my family. And now, little man, I give the Force to you."

Can't stop laughing.

Well from my point of view the jedi are the evil ones!

Just watched trailer and it has totally made me well up and given me goosebumps. I am sooooo excited for this. :omg:

I can vividly remember my Dad taking me to see A New Hope as a 5 year old (which seems crazy now but I must have been) and loving every second to the point of coming out of the cinema bawling my eyes out as I couldn't get over Ben dying for some reason. Loved the next two and have never seen the new ones in all that time since due to the massive slagging they got and not wanting to let them ruin my childhood memories.

But this, oh this...roll on December!

The fact theyre saying in that clip that they could have just used CGI for BB8 but that it wouldn't fit properly with the film and actors just bodes so well for me. I think CGI can be great when used well but sometimes you just need to use physical props to get a better look and feel and I'm so glad they've gone back to that for episode VII
