I done bought some SA credit and bought Trials fusion - I was playing Trials HD on BC and really fancied another one and at half the UK store price I thought why not - really works well, do new titles come out as cheap via SA store??

Yup. The price differences vary from game to game but generally the foreign stores are cheaper. I tend to favour the Russian store.

All the usual suspects in this sale sadly, I don't remember a time when Borderlands/Sleeping Dogs/Dragon Age was ever not on sale. Might pick up South Park/Lego Star Wars but don't see much else there that interests me.

would be interested in how you fare with that.

Do you mean this, or do you know something that I don't?

Is it definitely not possible to buy 360 games from a foreign store, BC or not?

:)   I've never tried it but someone upthread did say that xbox 360 games are generally region locked. I'm genuinely interested to see if it's different for BC games though. Go on, take one for  the team. :)

Buy another pad from argos.  Put yours in it. Return it.  Life's too short.

Life is short, thats why you should live it with integrity.

I get that pad bullshit too, extremely annoying. Particularly if I use pound shop batteries, but none are immune.

I don't quite get these ultimate game sales. There's always a pretty limited amount of stuff actually included. Forza 6 and Horizon 2 almost entirely missing.

They have done that in the last few sales. Put the DLC on sale, but leave the games full price. I want Forza 6 again. No way in hell I'm paying £50 digital for it.

There's a new preview build up. Can't be arsed posting the usual notes as on phone the takeaway is you now have an "updates" section in "my games&apps" and there's a new option which removes any addons which are installed for a game which isn't installed to free up space.

Doom and Titanfall still won't load for me. I've tried un and reinstalling both but still no dice.

Just Cause 3 worth a pop at £18? Enjoyed both the previous games, and am assuming that this is just more of the same. Nothing game-breakingly bad about it was there?

Layers of Fear and Trackmania also on my list. I don't think it's as bad a sale as some are making out. Some decent older titles in there and even some OK discounts off more recent stuff - 45% off Mirror's Edge already, 30% off Doom.

Also, don't mock me too harshly but I've been tempted by Murdered: Soul Supsect for the last few sales, and I think 4 quid is probably the tipping point for me. I don't approach it with anything more than the most modest of expectations, but I like the idea of the plot. It's going to be awful, isn't it?
