It won't sync at all I'll give new batteries a go but I think they were OK.

i had mine act up for no apparent reason before, left it plugged in via a usb as live chat were asking me to send it off for a replacement and it randomly started to work again.

Is it any USB cable or a special one as I think mines up in the loft in the original box?

Has anyone had any issues playing Life is Strange? I bought it digitally this week and it won't launch. It either quits to dashboard after the Unreal Engine logo or I get a black screen after the logo. I've tried deleting and reinstalling.

I'm in the preview programme, not sure if it's linked to that.

As well as the above issue my game progress still hasn't been tracked since Dec 3rd. I've amassed over 100 goes in Siege. It's not tracked any achievements or my operator level.

Right, I'm finally going to get my eldest an Xbox for his birthday seeing as I was a bit late at Christmas, so I've got a couple of questions.

I'm going to do the game sharing thing with him where we set each other's consoles as our home. Does that mean I'll have to get him his own Live sub? Also, will apps such as Plex work with this method?

As for the Xbox itself, has anyone seen any good deals? The best I've seen was £250 for the 500gb with Ori and Rare Replay. I already have both those, so will they come as download codes that I can sell on?

It's another game I'd probably play if it were online but I never ever do couch co-op. My girlfriend likes playing trivial pursuit with me on Xbox (more than I do) but that's about all the local multiplayer that takes place.

I know it must add significantly to the complexity of development but I'd have thought it'd be in Microsoft's interests to provide some sort of... code tools...(?) to enable online couch co-op games to be online.

What annoys me along the same lines is games where the achievements only unlock if you do couch coop and not online. See streets of rage collection for an annoying example.
