Xbox One Console Thread

Well no, in the same way as if someone breaks their leg and their head falls off, the leg is not their problem.

No, pretty much every other thing in 06 was a problem outside of the graphics, which looked great at the time. At most fans nitpicked realistic serious Robotnik in the game which i personally liked the look of.

It's funny how I have to be the one to mention the other problems which I'm deliberately continuing not to so that the few enjoying this banter can respond with graphics was a problem, again.

I'm less cautious with my praise. I didn't feel compelled to finish it. It's good but if you're not a big platform game fan this might not convert you.

I however am not a big platform game fan, or a 'Metroidvania' style fan. And Ori converted me.

On the other other hand of this strange mutant of a discussion, I really like metroidvanias but don't really enjoy traditional platformers, and I never returned to Ori after an hour and a half of play, as I just wasn't really enjoying the gameplay. So, again, YMMV.

This.

Although I've stopped playing at that bit at Ginsu Tree and FM6 has taken over. Difficulty spikes I can deal with, difficult walls requiring rocket packs to get over, not so much.

From what I have played of Ori (the first few sections and finding the tree) I've enjoyed it but its not yet grabbed me like I thought it would. I need to play more of it to be fair but I do generally enjoy platformers and metroidvanias.

Another one I need to get back on is Dust. Just waiting for MS to make it BC as I have transferred my saves across in readiness.

Hi

Firstly - long time bone owner, first time poster in this thread - please add me as a friend - I have none on live (got loads added when I bought my ps4)

Two, what's the cheapest place to get Halo5 digitally? I can't seem to find a guide I can follow to buying from overseas stores!

Have a look at digitalgameprices.com - regular US price is usually $59.99 which is roughly £37 and it's very easy to do.

i need to ask you xboner pros a couple of questions please. in gears of war its uploading my clips during gameplay, is there any way to view these online, or do i have to do more stuff on the machine itself?

ive been invited to the preview program but im happy with how my dashboard looks as it is, does it change a lot if you go onto it?

'preciate it.

They've installed an XB1 in the break room at work. Couple of questions:

1. If I logged in on my account, I assume I could set my account to require a password to login? I don't want someone configuring a global setting where it's saving my password.

2. If Forza 6 is on my account (digitally), are others who log in to that machine able to play it? I seem to recall the PS4 does something like this.

1. Yes

2. Only if you make the works Xbox your "home" Xbox. That's how game sharing works. Otherwise you can login, download whatever games and play them but only as long as you are logged in on that console.l (other tags can play but you must be signed in at that point)

Questions:

1. I have 2 copies of every Rare title I owned from 360 in the My Games list (2 of banjo-kazooie, 2 of Tooie, 2 of Jetpac etc), am I safe to just delete one? Is one of them the 'wrong' one? I'd assume the release of Rare Replay which I don't own caused this.

2. How do I put my 360 saves to the cloud, from the 360. I neglected doing so for years and now it would be nice to have my Meat Boy save on the Bone, for example. I doubt selecting cloud when you start the game (on 360) will simply transfer the save? And since the cloud now has a new Meat Boy save when I tried it on the Bone, I assume I can write that save over with the old one still on 360?

3. Kinect-less version out yet?

Regards your Rare Replay query NEG I had the same issue. If you bring both versions of the game to install one will have the Rare Replay banner on it. Another thing I noticed was that the two versions of each game were of different sizes with the Replay version being the smaller of the two.

Saw no banner difference but I'd be able to tell by the size at a guess, will look again later.

Once the saves are uploaded, does a copy of those saves still remain/still get updated at the same time on the 360/Bone? Mainly for if I unsub from Live again in future. At which point, time limit towards how long your saves stay on MS's servers?
