Has the 1TB model replaced the 500g version? the difference in price is 100euro at my local Argos but the 500g is out of stock. Any other difference other than the hard drive and newer controller?

Live has certainly become more flaky over the past year. Had more downtime on the Xb1 than I ever did on the 360. Funnily enough I was able to sign in on my 360 during the last outage but the One wouldn't connect at all.

No same console other than HDD.

Just stuck an external 1TB SATA3 HDD on mine and its faster than the system disk!

You can add up to 4TB of external storage which is great.... until it dies and you have to redownload all the content again...

That's why I'm happy at 1.5TB...

I'm not sure, but I still don't think 1TB is enough, but obviously I don't expect them to stick a 5TB drive in because it will increase the price and cost them sales.

I'd just get the 500GB and purchase a 5TB external drive.
