That voice chat stuff is pretty great, I've not had any issues with party chat in a while but it's good that they're taking it seriously. Shame that the messages are at 360 quality though, you forget how good comms are on X1 until you go back. Wow ow ow.

How do I get videos I've recorded onto YouTube?

I *think* you go to upload studio, find the video you want and select it then push left and there'll be an option to upload to youtube.

On your Xbox sign into the YouTube ap, it will link to your Xbox account, and when you select the upload option in YouTube it will bring up the option to get a video you've made from the Upload Studio ap. Dead easy.

Ah, thanks guys. I was hoping signing into YT would then show that as an option when choosing to share a video.

Another recording question - Is there any way to make it save the last 60 seconds, as opposed to only the last 30 seconds?

I don't have Kinect, and I've missed some really good stuff on Hardline, because 30 seconds after pulling off something amazing, I'm still engaged and can't afford to take the 5 seconds to tell it to save.

Not that I know of but if you snap to the game DVR app you can record the last five minutes

You snap Game DVR and you'll get an option to save the last 60/120 seconds or 5 minutes worth?

Much as it's not for the tin foil hat brigade kinect makes all this stuff so much easier.

The UI will annoy you until you get used to it.

Using voice commands is weird at first, then it starts to make sense, you will have to repeat yourself.

Use the voice tutorials and help options. Also ask in here.

Get Sunset Overdrive. It's surprisingly good.

I played the beta and it worked really well. I've played the PC version quite a bit and the XB1 had some severe performance issues at times but apart from that it was solid. I'll be playing tonight when it goes live.
