So given my barebones analysis what would you want to see announced and how much would you be willing to accept in terms of the effort to bring them to next gen consoles ?

Arkham ?

Skate ?

Red Dead ?

Elder Scrolls ?

PGR :omg: ?

Red Dead is the only answer

I'd like Max Payne 3 to see a quick port over, Rockstar have a pretty good history of adapting their past catalogue to new devices, Max Payne and old GTA's to iOs, San Andreas got a recent resolution improved port to the 360. I can only assume they have teams dedicated to expanding their portfolio.

Maybe once the GTAV plan is finished, they'll get around to it, either way I'd expect a decent effort to whatever they do. Manhunt, the Warriors, Thrasher: Skate & Destroy bring it.

April preview update is coming in 2 parts, the first of which will include Party Chat improvements to ensure you can connect properly and that the microphone is enabled, game hub links to content when you follow activity feeds and notifications for achievements will be improved with a description of how you unlocked it and faster snapping of the app (this is always really slow for me).

Ziggurat is frigging great - so easy to just stick on and play till you die.

I'm guessing that in a post-MCC world this'll become more annoying but I dislike how Borderlands "Handsome Collection" is basically 2 separate entities rather than one unified package. Mostly because if I'd had an option I'd have only opted for the pre-sequel and left B2 alone having hosed it already. When you're basically selling two individual packages it's a bit off forcing them to be sold as one. I guess it's to reflect the retail version where they'll both ship on the same disc?

Gearbox in cheap cash in/fuck up shocker ? :o

Interestingly the two games were handled by different studios - Iron Galaxy did Borderlands 2 and somebody else did PreSequel and only PreSequel suffers from it. I will say this was in 2 player splitscreen but even cutscenes were tearing.

Dashboard preview wave 2 starts today - here's the new features :

Voice messages Xbox One preview program members will be able to compose and playback voice messages in the messages app when snapped on Xbox One. Quickly and easily record audio to send to your friends or others through your snapped messages app accessed through a simple quick double tap of the Xbox button. Additionally, voice messages can be exchanged between Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles.

Dedicated servers for party chat Were enhancing party chat with dedicated chat relay servers that will enable Xbox One owners that may have historically had NAT issues to party chat more reliably. Parties where players are unable to form direct peer-to-peer connections for party chat will automatically leverage dedicated server infrastructure to relay traffic. This service is only enabled for parties where one or more members are previewing the April system update.

Whats On The Xbox engineering team is continuing to experiment with the Whats On area, which highlights popular videos, movies, TV shows and game broadcasts. Were continuing to test different experiences for preview members in the U.S. and this month, the preview of this feature is being expanded to Canada and the UK as well.

I've just started the download for Oddworld New N Tasty.

I can't wait to take control of Abe again. I remember playing the original and getting really far, only to realise I had no memory card.

My Mum drove to Blockbuster and got one for me :wub:
