Danger 5 is brilliant. Found it in the backwaters of netflix and I've fallen in love. The cinematography is incredible. It really feels like show about the 40s that was made in the 60s that you used to watch in the 80s on a sunday lunchtime on channel 4.

Like Land of the Giants and whatever else used to be on before Kabaddi.

Stumbled across this last night on Netflix having never heard of it. I think my brain is still trying to process it but I think it was AMAZING.

Saw a clip of series two this morning and that looked equally insane/incredible.

Second season's different, but not too different. Production values feel ever so slightly higher, but I'm liking the nineteen-eighties action vibe, and the ongoing fascination for people with animal heads makes me feel like I'm watching some bizarre mix of Hotline Miami and Animal Kwackers.

I thought the second season was a fair bit worse than the first, I thought it was better when they were a functioning group, and also 40's Pierre was way better than 80's Pierre. There was a lot I liked about the show but overall I'd say it fell flat too often to be something I'd recommend. It never felt like it really grew beyond the first episode.
