:lol: fucking hell, Spurs having an absolute shocker now. Just when you think the 'Old Spurs' have gone for good they turn out a performance like this one. No one does capitulation better.

Surely not going to fluff up 3rd now are they? Games against Chelsea and Utd coming up, seems all too plausible.

Well played Arsenal i say, off day for Spurs so we need to bounce back.

I would say something in the Arsenal thread but its full of vitriol and the liverpool clown so i will say it here, played and a deserved win but i think unless Spurs do just implode they are still a far better side than Arsenal and Chelsea but its always to play for.

To be fair mate we're normally pretty chill in the Arsenal thread, but we were pissed off at Bale's blatant dive and then someone was negging every one of us that mentioned it which riled people even more.

Probably Disciple, the cheeky scamp.

We just looked awful in the second half, Harry had the look of simmering fury about him too. Gary had it spot on when he was going on about shape and players not doing what they were supposed to be, Bale and VDV especially but also Sandro and Parker.

Sandro is pretty hopeless I fear, a total liability in a disciplinary sense as well. Livermore is a far better player and the better long term prospect.

Also we've been missing Lennon something awful, if he was at all fit to play he should have been the half time change. Bale wandering only works when the other flank is stretched to the touchline, even if he doesn't do much himself he's pulling their defensive line across and making it thinner. Should have made a greater effort to sign Krasic in January.

The people who post in the Arsenal thread don't seem iterested in the game at all. They post continuously DURING the game!

They remind me of all the 'fans' who leave early when they go to the Emirates.

I mean this is just the weirdest post. My bad for calling you a thick cunt though, I'm a bit pissed.

But yeah this happens with literally all the team threads. Not everyone can go to every game, for a whole bunch of reasons. Personally I no longer live in London and don't have anywhere near the disposable income to get a season ticket plus travel costs. I go when I can but I don't get a lot of change from £150 for a league game. If you think it makes me less of a fan that I watch it in the pub or on Sky and sometimes post in here during the game then...slow clap.

I did some hoovering during the Spurs game, and that was while when it was 2-0!

What a grumpy football thread this afternoon, has everyone seen a bit too much sun?

Looking forward to seeing the highlighs of the Spurs game tonight.

I wasn't going to bother with the Carling cup final but turned it on the see Cardiff score. Might be good afterall!
