Hmm, that's interesting. I think we all assumed that he had to be moved on because of your financial situation but if you're sucking up most of his wage that doesn't make a lot of sense. Story is that we were that desperate to cut our wage bill that we took any deal at all - paying 80% is better than 100%. The club were virtually days off liquidation and the decision was made by the Administrator who simply went for the best deal he could get and... Huddersfield offered the best deal.

Another very good result for Swansea. They aren't exactly flying but they're now 9 points off the relegation places. Conceding a 93rd minute goal must be heart-breaking for the home fans but a 1-1 against Chelsea is a terrific result.

It's a nice point but really we should have had the 3. Such an unlucky goal. The ref was also shocking. Chelsea were lucky to still have 10 men on the pitch. They seem to like fouling swansea players and getting sent off.

I can't believe I'm gutted we drew with Chelsea. It's a mark of how far we've come as a club. I'm confident we will stay up and hopefully establish ourselves next season. Our away form is a worry and we need to improve it.

What does everybody think the safe number of points will be this year? Personally I think it will be less than 40, but I dont want to say that everybody above 15th should be safe (yet) because even though there is a bit of a gap developing between the bottom five and everybody else, it's still not too late to be dragged into that scrap. Some big games at the bottom of the table taking place. Hopefully Villa will beat QPR, we havent won at home since the start of November, so we are waaaay overdue.

It feels like I've been transported back to the web as it was in 1995, it's a horrible design. I don't actually mind the new BBC homepage, but I don't like the way they've tried to make the sports pages fit into that style at all.
