One thing that did surprise reading the report was that they took the words of Ryan Giggs as honest and true. Although rumour has it he scribbled his testimony on a hotel napkin and sent it in via Evra, rather than turn up himself.

Of course, Suarez could have challenged his testimony if he, or his lawyers, felt it wasn't true or admissible.

So rumour really isn't worth toffee.

You know, I am starting to wish Andy Carroll wasnt shit. If he had actually scored some goals for Liverpool since his £35m transfer then maybe Liverpool fans would shut the fuck up about the Suarez ban being so horribly unfair because they dont need to be worried about having a team with no attacking threat. It seems to me the main reason why they care so much is because Suarez is the best player in the Liverpool squad rather than genuinely feeling he was in the right over this.

I am sorry my discussion is not to your liking, Mr Frosty, and would like to offer you a lollipop.

It'd be fine but no one is posting anything new or insightful, it just goes round and round while disciple posts his retarded conspiracy theories about Man U. Honestly I thought football fans like that were a myth, I should sue you all for destroying my faith in humanity.

I've never said anything of the sort my good fellow! Furthermore it is completely true to say that Ryan Giggs is entirely untrustworthy and may often communicate through sick notes excusing him from class. Tally ho! :sherlock:

What a cracking match so far, brilliant finish by Ba there. Newcastle had a clear pen turned down as Ferdinand cleverly left his leg in to bring down Ba.

Blood and Thunder and now a brilliant finish.

Would anyone have thought Ba would be this good this season? I know he was doing pretty well towards the end of last season with West Ham but he's been on fire this year. To get him on a free too just makes its even better. Kudos Newcastle.

Never a penalty, that. Ferdinand was ahead of Ba.

Yeah, as he got to the ball first. Ferdinand leaves his back leg out "by mistake" and brings Ba down.

Everton goal: For once, this is not a typo from me, Tim Howard really has netted for Everton. The goalkeeper swipes a clearance downfield from the edge of his own area, the wind-assisted ball sails down field, bounces a good 30 yards from goal but takes off, clearing Adam Bogdan and finding the net. You have to feel for Bogdan there, that was a freak bounce.
