As I'm likely to want to buy the boxed version (with all the DLC).

To avoid disappointment later there is unfortunately not a boxed version with all the DLC. What there is though is the Ultimate Edition which contains the version you are playing now plus the Party Pack DLC. The rest of the DLC such as the new island came later.

I still cant decide what game to get. I have dead nation already. More online friends got littlebig so more scope for multiplayer. But infamous looks good as does wipeout. Argh.

I got Wipeout and Dead Nation. Haven't claimed anything off my US account yet.

When is the welcome back thing going to stop? Will it be, by any chance, after they've put the password reset form back online?

Not that I use PSN so rarely I've forgotten the password, but would like free stuff, honest.

Anybody know what's up with the HK store? I have an account on there but the shop doesn't load still, and having claimed Welcome Back packs for the UK and US I want more!

Earlier today I managed to download LocoRoco Cocoreccho!* (1st free game), PixelJunk Racers & Flow ( PSN+ free games), and a theme, but after that the content wouldn't load. I'd give it a day or so to cool down, you've got until July 14th I think.

*The selection available is dire.

InFamous is very crap for the first few hours. Once you get more powers, it becomes more fun, but it's still flawed and very repetitive.

It's not so bad I don't want to play, but it's bad enough I want it over and done with.

Crackdown did the same thing much better.

If you've been in once, you'll have to faff to get back to the freebies I think. From XMB™（XrossMediaBar）and go to "Account Management"→"Transaction Management"→"Services List", then select "Welcome Back: Free PS3™ Games Ticket" . I can't even get on the store, I get this:

WTF? I'm in HK English, but everything under Account Management is in foreign and that's what I get when logging into the store. No idea what to do.

Tried this just now, and I got to the selection of PSN games. Currently downloading Hustle Kings.

I've been paying particular interest to this thread for the last couple of months, what with being a PS3 owner an'all. I didn't think there was much to worry about, the card associated with my account had expired a while ago. However, this morning, I received an email claiming to be from Lulzsec, which read "Lulzsec loves you. Sloth and ignorance are your real enemies." Has anyone else receieved anything like this?

That's a tad worrying.

I haven't received one, did you use the same email address to register on any another sites?

Changing the email address associated with your PSN account is probably the first thing you should do, better to be cautious then have your account compromised.

Might also be a good idea to change your password/s, this is annoying but again, it's better than having your email account compromised.

Most definitely. I've changed all the passwords associated with that email account now, so fingers crossed I should be okay. Can't find anything on Google relating to the email i received though, which I find a little weird.

Oh Well, I'll just have to keep my eyes peeled for any strange activity.
