What is a 'PSP' account? I have a PSP but I don't think I have an 'account' on it unless they mean download through the PSP?

As far as I remember (as I don't even know where my PSP is let alone the last time I turned it on) your PSN account covers both PS3 and PSP. As well as downloading through the PSP itself you can download games through the PS3 or PC and transfer them to the PSP.

Welcome back details. :)

I don't have a PS3, and the only PSP title I don't have in the list is ModNation (unless they missed an "Extreme Justice" off the end of the Pursuit Force title.) Hmm...

Still, better than nothing I guess. :)

So I can download the PSP games to my PS3 fine?

Fairly impressed with the offerings, I will take full advantage. I wonder if the PSN+ will have a free game on offer too, I assume not, I am assuming that you'll have to sign up for the months trial to get any of the games on offer.

Also, the German market get EG2?! I want that to be on offer.

Giving away games is a bit crap - LBP1? Quest for booty? Hello 2008!

As predicted; this isn't costing Sony much at all; utter cheapskates with generally such old games.

Smart marketing more like.

LMP1 may lead to LBP2.

inFamous 2 is round the corner, wet peoples appetite with inFamous 1 for free.

Ratchet and Clank 4 is also due this year. And Dead Nation has some DLC coming. Wipeout though....guess thats just not getting any sales anymore anyway.

US content is pretty much the same, except they get Super Stardust HD instead of Quest for Booty, they also get some free video rentals.

A selection of “On Us” rental movie titles will be available to PlayStation Network customers over one weekend, where Video Service is available. Those titles will be announced soon.

Sony EU forgot we've also got a video store? <_<

You're correct. It's more about marketing than anything else. Nice.
