Ultra Street Fighter IV

I am very much interested in playing some Street Fighter against a likeminded person at the moment. I'm 5'11", shaped a bit like a pear sat atop a Twix and I have Sue Perkins' face. I like reading, socialising with friends and working together as part of a team to achieve goals.

I play Dan.

I would like to lodge a complaint against this personal ad as when I turned up for our date I was faced with a blonde haired Ken not the master of Saikyo I had been led to believe I was meeting. The lack of taunting was quite disturbing

GGs earlier, JC - sorry to run after a win but my bland dinner was burning! Anti-air koryuken made a big difference to the Rufus/Dan fights, keep it up :-) I think my own lesson from tonight is to jump less when I pick Chun Li...

Yes, wonderful games sir! Your Rufus links are unstoppable these days. Same with the Chun lp combo ending in far standing hp > Super. That was lovely.

Hegg(g)g. I really wanted to come next week but I'm afraid I'll be middle-classly skiing in Andorra next week, so cannot make it. Also sorry for not attending the stepford wives, but I had prior engagements and tings. I'll definitely try for March if you do one then. The sloppy joe at that place was superb.

Also since we're basically neighbours now we should do local fighter one day.

Not to worry sir, hopefully next time. I've got March and April films booked in already, should be pretty tasty.

Local fighter would be wicked. I'm seriously lacking spare time these days though, I sometimes get to put an hour or two into SF of a Friday evening and that's about it. This whole bookshop/film night lark consumes me.

Perhaps a bit of an odd questions but I was wondering why Zhi and Xian don't produce any videos or seem to work together anymore. I know the recent sponsorship change might have had an impact (perhaps) but this seems to have gone on for quite some time. If you guys are aware of any juicy, libellous gossip on their personal lives, it'd be great to intrude.

I miss those guys.

They just don't seem to be able to find those opportunities where they're in the same place and have sufficient free time any more. They both travel a lot but not always to the same places, and when they are both together it's usually for some other reason. Xian in particular is very much in demand at the moment. I'm pretty sure they're still the best of pals though.

So they just announced the list of games that'll appear at EVO this year. I will spoiler it right now.

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3

Ultra Street Fighter IV

Injustice: Gods Amongst Us

King of Fighters XIII

Killer Instinct

Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma

According to the organisers, Super Smash Bros. Melee has a spot... but they're currently in negotiations with Nintendo as to whether it will be allowed to appear. So very similar to the situation last year.

Also, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Super SFII Turbo, they've announced that EVO will be hosting the Xmania tournament for the first time. I then learned that Xmania is Japan's premier Suepr Turbo tournament, and that this is a pretty big deal. So that's good!

No, YOU just checked the prices of Las Vegas hotels from July 10-14! Did it just get warm in here...?
