Oh man! Looking at the credits, I think the bits with Rab Florence were filmed at the Heart of Gaming. What an excuse for a fightin' meet that could have been.

Poor Nate.

Guess they thought you were this guy:

Or this guy.

Aww Nate I'm genuinely sorry, man. Would've loved to see you on that.

I tried in vain to watch all this Twitch stuff on my 'box last night. Ive never used it before. All I got was a black screen with full audio. I tried live broadcast, archives, loads of different stuff but couldn't get a picture at all. Does anyone know why?

Also need some fights this week. Had lovely long sessions with Camel and Jellum this week but missed everyone else unfortunately. I can be around pretty much any time this week, 'cept for monday evening, but still monday day and night. Would love to get some casuals, some FT10s, maybe some headsetted multi player lobbies? Just some wonderful streetfighting with you wonderful people.

If anyone is up for FT10 give me a day and time and we'll arrange.

Jellum- would love some runbacks against some of those characters. I'd really like to grind some matches out against Oni and Juri, amongst others. Match was laggy but also getting destroyed by Juri frame traps and I still don't really understand her at all.

Donut, Alistarr and Sith - missed you all this week. Would love to make up for it. Casuals or serious bidness would be excellent.

Street Fighter!

Just watching the USF4 tournament at Super Arcade on Capcomfighters. Mike Ross did trade uppercut into ultra with Sagat, which contradicts some of the change log stuff we've been seeing. Snake Eyes makes the Gief jab green hand buff look incredible. He gets a knockdown mid screen with EX hand, then does three our four quick jab hands and pushes the opponent all the way to the corner immediately. Valle is doing disgusting stuff with Rolento. Makoto's ex fukiage jump cancel on grounded opponents is ridiculously good. EX Fukiage into air reset for one bar, and the option to jump away on block. Nuts. Ken looks very fast indeed, and this combined with his buffed sweep might actually be too potend a combination; Valle and Combofiend seem to think so at least.

That combo Makoto can do now where you combo into EX uppercut then jump cancel it is weiiird.

Started learning option selects for the first time as I'm going to have to learn them eventually. Air's tutorial was probably the most helpful in regards to explaining exactly what is happening and what you should be doing and when. Ryu's seem fairly straightforward (like the sweep OS) which I guess works for all characters. His j.hk with the tatsu follow up isn't so bad and appears to beat all of Bison's wakeup options if tries to do anything. They were working rather well against my friend, the main problem I've found is that I'm so concentrated on the OS that when my friend actually gets hit with the jumping attack and not the OS I'm not really following it up with a combo because my mind is doing loads of things at once.

Struggling a bit with other characters, though. I was trying to do options selects off Cody's back throw but I can't seem to get his mk Ruffian to come out after the jump-in. :(
