Whoah, nice! I haven't played it since the day after Hegg fest. Well, one day last week I played it pass the pad style with a couple of friends, but that was just going over the first two levels again. Was still great fun though. I'm planning on going back to it, but right now I'm completely addicted to the wonderful NUCLEAR THRONE. And Pokemon.

This evening I managed c.lk c.lk canceled into super, with Elf, in a Ranked match and still had full health, then got hit with an Ultra and nearly threw the match away oh the joys of playing the cooking man

I then finished the evening off by nearly loosing to a very dry Evil Ryu which all in all was a very good evening, even if I did start off with a mauling by a Zangief.

I also started playing AC4, but after I got the ship and raided a few Spanish ships that was me done.

Yeah, there is no correct response against Cammy's pressure. Taking the back throw is as bad as getting counter hit. Blocking a dive kick is barely any better than getting hit by one. Ridiculous character.

I forget which tournament it was, possibly NCR, but I liked it when James Chen trotted out "I always say that if you block an EX dive kick that's a win for you" and Magus instantly, viscerally, blurted out "No it's not!" in a really snippy tone before he had time to activate his let's-humour-James-Chen-filter . It isn't, at all. She hasn't wasted the meter if she's got in for free and been left at +19387573274 on block. Once she's there she doesn't need meter to open you up because you're in that lovely eat counter hit or eat back throw into set up "mix up".

But yeah, playing as Cammy is lots of fun. I tend to laugh a lot and apologise the whole time and not feel like I earned any of my wins but have a great time getting them.

A shame her j.lk is such a shitty, shitty, low hitstun crossup.

I dunno about more gief/guile. That matchup is so painful, especially when your gief is as rusty as mine is. Guile can anti-air him really well, considering how good gief's jump ins are.

I would like to one day be able to play a gief that's worth a damn, though.

Oh, spucuck, here's a thing.

After a cammy backthrow whiff st.mk and then do a jumping lk. It's an unblockable on all shotos + guy, and makes all reversals whiff. That should make ranked about 50% easier.
