Ultra Street Fighter IV

As an addendum, I talk a lot about how at this point every character in Street Fighter is a cunt - there is something that frightens me about each and every one of them.

In BlazBlue, every character is at least a double, if not triple, cunt.

In summation, I look forward to the next version of BlazBlue, 10 months after it's released on consoles in Japan and the US.

Also geldra, do you mean that the clothes would turn freddie mercury's cheeks red with embarrassment or that Dudley would give him a thorough spanking until his bot-bot was red raw, as Freddie was doubtless fond of, the outrageous old fruit.

Amazing. It was only just this morning I discovered a French artist on tumblr drawing 3S Yaoi.

Abel isn't a cunt. He just wants to live with his puppy, and he's always magniminous in victory and deferential to other fighters. Also, his eyes go black.

'Cos that's the sign of a kind, loving person, and not the indication of a malavolent demonic entity scratching at the inside of your skull begging to be let loose on the world.

I thought it was just his pupils going large in the same way that deformed anime characters do when they're trying to be cute

That doesn't usually extend to the whites of their eyes, though...

Large black pupils surrounded by a little white = cute.

Entirely black eyeballs = arrrrghhh!

I just got an email from cross counter with the title "goottecks' top 5 hottest girls in games". I really can't even begin to convey the sadness this makes me feel.

Unless it's a funny joke, but I somehow doubt it.

Is that because until that fateful email, you always thought that you might be the one to finally whip that badboy into shape, and convince him settle down in the wilds of New Jersey?

Oh no! Imp I think our fates are somehow intertwined. I tried to get into Honest last night, but they had an utterly intense 90 minute wait and Burger and Lobster was profoundly full, so the girl and I ended up going to Byron for one of their acceptable-but-not-what-I'd-come-to-Soho-for-burgers. Profound blandness.

Yes, banana ken and hsien chang got utterly screwed over last year because the tourney organisers screwed up and allocated one too many places or something, it was a massive balls up basically. And weren't there loads of cicadas in the cabinets or something. And the network was shit and ruined loads of matches.

Basically it was organised only slightly better than SVB

So, assuming there's not a huge rush, it looks like we could do two leagues of 11-ish players. If we do one match per week, home and away, that's around 20 weeks - perhaps with a couple of break weeks for catchup purposes, so realistically getting on for 6 months. Is that too long? Should we try for two a week? Or three divisions?

Possible problems include people not being able to connect, but that should only really affect a small number of matches (and you never know, if there's an IRL meetup sometime this year we could always do some league games then). I suppose we need a rule for that though, I'll think on.

I'm happy for people to play catchup on matches/do some in advance too. And if people have to drop out, we can just call it a walkover - with a longer season that'd matter less.
