I had the most excellent salty at alistarr yesterday about how very very much I hate rufus. The stupid fat prick (rufus). You shouldn't bloody well have dive kicks in a game without parries, dammit.

I didn't want to leave until you'd got a win to alleviate the salt but by the end I think you were just totally on tilt. I had a lot of fun anyway mentally lining up which Rufus nonsense I could do next to make you even angrier. We'll have to do it again some time!

Thanks for the training session beforehand too - not sure I'll bother learning a new character at this point but it was still good fun.

Haha, a bit yes. I've not really played cammy for the last month or two so I'm quite rusty. I probably should have just gone back to ryu. Need to try and remember my mixups with her that aren't just divekick related.

I did some endless later and my poor foul ryu got destroyed by some cody player. I just don't really know what I'm supposed to do in that matchup at all, to be honest. He's got enough ways around fireballs, great up close game and you really can't jump in on him. His f+hk jumps over low forward too, which is quite irritating.

I did have one nice moment where a man tried to anti-air ultra me, but I serenely floated over it with ex tatsu and then killed him. that was fun.

Home. Before I pass out: yes I am up for a league but I am away on holiday for two and a bit weeks after Easter and I don't want to hold things up for everyone else.

What made it sweeter was that in the round before he'd done neutral jump ex tatsu into immediate ultra 1 on landing, which of course beat my attempted punish. So it was nice revenge, made sweeter by the fact that my use of the move wasn't just some bullshit online-only gimmick.

Last week was easily the shittest, scariest week of my life. So much so that it pretty much canceled all of the fun n' buttons into some very serious real life tings.
