UMvC3 is on there, I got it with my Plopday moonpoints cos I gave up waiting for the disc version to get cheap. GoD is GreaT. I'm so lazy I'll buy GoD just so I don't have to get the disc out of my big wallet of games thing. Comfy chair fighter.

I've not played this game for nearly 3 weeks as I've been poorly and now a bit chicken of going back online. I've tried to ease my way back into it with a bit of MGR and DMC but my skills or there lack of will be all too apparent.

I did have a quick go of DarkStalkers which was lovely but I'm not sure if I'll part with any cash for it as I have more than enough versions of it all ready.

In other news, the Skullgirls kickstarter appears to be doing absurdly well. Looks like there's at least 3 new charas and stages in bound as they're smashing their targets. Also, they're free DLC.

I stumped up a whole $10 after putting a brain melting 30 minutes into the tutorials, as it all seemed endearing enough.

Basically what I'm saying is: it's all down to me that we're getting free extra shit that we'll never play. You're welcome.

Maybe I'll give Skullgirls another wee try. It was pretty innovative of them to implement simultaneous 1, 2 or 3 character teams but all the same I feel like I'm not experiencing the game proper unless I use three but at the same time it's too much for my wee brain, much like Marvel. I hope the get that Shark head character in.

Also, no one has said they want my free copy of KoF XIII. It's great, and in perfect condition by virtue of having rarely been played, despite what I said earlier about it being great. I might have to broaden the offer out to people who simply do not care about fighting games at all if none of y'all want it.

I'd take your KOF13 but I have my own disc copy and a digital one from the xbox sale extravaganza the other week.

Also, didnt CvsSNK do something similar to Skullgirls pick 1 or 3 system? I seem to remember some kind of in game tier system where you could pick three piss weak characters (Blanka was one iirc, Ha! take that you green prick) or one nails character. Reading that sentence back I see it is nothing like the "pick 1 or 3 system".

Also, does anyone want to smash me up at Darkstalkers (preferably NW) at some point this week? Do we have enough for a lob-on?

I think I'm gonna give Skullgirls some more time this week, it is just beautiful-looking. I feel bad for your copy of KoF Joffo but I think there are people who would play it for at least two hours more than I would before putting it on the shelf.

In other news, that Heart of Gaming thingy up in North London announced its opening date yesterday - 13th April, plus running a monthly two-day tournament with multiple games. The dude says he's always intended it to be a place where other people can run their own tourneys too (Heggfest 2013...?). It'd be excellent to meet up with some London peeps there at some point.

I too have an unplayed copy of Kof XIII and XII but only on the 360.

I did get this the other day though but I will need to set my NeoGeo up first before I play it for 5 minutes

and I currently downloading DOA5 as a PS+ freebie which I also won't play, but it is free.
