GGs to you too, sir - lots of fun messing around working stuff out with Dudley together as well inbetween the actual fighting.

And an extended GGs to Donut also. I saw a post-KO EX galactic tornado for the first time. I think my personal proudest moment was helping you see my favourite crossup setup so you'd be able to look out for it and block it correctly, only to win our last game by doing the setup and then divekicking to hit you in front instead. So rude :-) I think you can just uppercut it as well anyway.

I also played some good Gs against Haggar earlier, though he was sounding very sleepy and my hands hadn't yet woken up. He was outraged when I disappeared his Rose Ultra 2 with an EX GT. Then he picked Cammy and kicked me around. "Let me see if I can remember Cammy combos..." indeed.

It only furthers my belief that rufus should be patched out immediately if not sooner, I was genuinely apoplectic with fury. After that I basically went to bed and immediately passed out. 12 hours of travelling does not a street fightin' brain make.

Well, in flagrant disregard for the patch problems, I ended up downloading Skullgirls. That really is a good tutorial mode. Gonna do a bit of research, maybe some fights when I'm more used to it? And of course when I'm not playing Portal 2, which is also downloading. Oh god I don't have this money to spend

I saw Wreck it Ralph today. It had Bison, Gief, Ryu, Ken, Chun and Cammy in it. Did I miss anyone?

According to the credits Honda was in it too but I didn't see him. I loved seeing Q Bert because I'm old. It made me very happy.

Dig Dug walking through the central station place with his walking music playing was excellent too. I will have to watch it again and try to catch all the other cameos. And yes, the whole end credits sequence filled me with joy. I also checked to see if Bison and Ryu were played by their SF4 voice actors and they were.

Oh, and the short film before it was absolutely lovely I thought, spoiled only by a small child two seats down asking "Is this Wreck it Ralph?" at five second intervals for the duration of it. He was quiet during the main feature though. In fact, all of the children in the cinema were remarkably quiet and well behaved, which was a pleasant surprise.

The way the NPCs from Fix it Felix are animated was consistently hilarious to me. I laughed literally every time they were on screen.

I have not seen Wreck it Ralph yet, or indeed the opening animation thing. I suffered the same mysterious occurrence as Cale did though, so I should probably get round to it at some point.

Also, to answer Mr Terminals' question from earlier - yes.

Also (2), Alistarr and myself were wondering where JLM has been re: online fightings last night. I think we're starting to miss those savage beastings.

I'm probably going to regret the last bit of this post quite soon.

I am the only person in the world that wasn't in love with that film. The first half of it was about videogames being excellent, and tne second half about sweets being excellent, and it sat squarely in the middle of a Venn diagram of pester power that I wasn't entirely comfortable with, despite being fatly childless. All the game stuff was remarkably well observed, though, which is remarkable given that the people making it have basically no interest in games. [10]

The mall wasn't opened while I was downtown because of Sunday hours, but I'll return for Necro during the week. I got some extra presents from the excellent ladychum including a SFxSanrio shirt (the one with the SF2 style character select screen), tickets to Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds in October and a years subscription to Edge. I also ate a huge Texas T Bone steak.

I have an utterly excellent King of the Hill x Adventure Time shirt too. Oh man.

I played some games of this game against some other men who were playing games of this game. It was good games. The men were lyrical dounght and I-G terminals. It was pretty raggo!

I went very close against ig's guile with gief. Right at the end I jumped in and did a blizzard to catch the anticipated flash kick, but ig did a sweep instead. I'm convinced that this was a muffed flash kick, but I could be wrong! I might play a bit more of gief. He's possibly a bit less wild than tony hawk.

I'm going to try to do c to shining c also. because it seems like the right thing to do. I'm going to try with fei long as my new man to try this with. It should be fun?
