Here, what do you think the next-gen will mean for fighting games? I want to be able to upload clips and replays and make animated gifs out of anything and share them with anyone. I want to see people's faces in wee picture-in-picture windows when we're chatting in the lobby. I want loads of stats and analysis and next-gen training tools.

You want to be pressing the attack button at the same time / slightly after as you press the direction for the special move, but not before. You may not be charging for long enough too (2 seconds).

This; I always get salty when I try and bust out a Sonic Boom and nothing happens :P My recent "how many things can Juri's Kasatushi parry" video was a really good way of refamiliarising myself with charge moves, especially those pesky "charge down-back -> triangle input" ultras :) If you had seen the unedited footage you would have seen me charging all day™ just to be sure my moves came out...

I'd kind of like to be able to share replay data with others - it doesn't have to be video uploads; just the ability to have a kind of "profile" where someone can view a few of your saved replays. I mentioned before that I imagine the replay data to be storing inputs (rather than video data) and so the replays shouldn't take up too much memory, but I could be making things up...
