Two things about the SF25 AE final:

Sanford tweeted earlier that Infiltration has now earned over $100,000 from fighting games in 2012. Holy shit. It explains the shoes anyway.

And Daigo on his loss:

I don't get why daigo didn't try switching to yun. He's done really well against infiltration with yun in the past. Grand finals was just a blow up. In all six rounds I don't think he landed a single uppercut into ultra. Which is just mad.

Alioune is a robot. When I got up this morning he was playing Marvel on the FGTV stream and he'd apparently been sitting immobile on the couch for six hours and gone something like 76-20 against all challengers.

I didn't get very far into the stream after all. Faaar too tired. Maybe to the first or second matches in winners 8 (if that makes sense). Hopefully I'll be able to polish off the rest of top 16 for AE if not the finals for all the different games tonight (bar SFxT which I just can't be bothered with - sorry Camel).

Off topic, I too am in for the tourney but my phone goes mad when I try to edit the google doc. Plus I can't think of anything remotely funny to put as a name.
