Alright, while we're talking about SVB, here's a spreadsheet. Why not. Feel free to add anything even the least bit relevant.

I included equipment in case anyone can bring a console... setup for casuals... Roseball tournament? I missed Roseball at Heggfest, and I tried to teach my flatmate but it was a bit beyond him.

Thing about SVB is, the Grand Finals of the 25th Anniversary thing is on the same weekend. Also, the other thing is, there was talk of Japanese players coming over to take over the London qualifier the weekend before. So, that might be a thing to go to.

Then the other thing is, I'm broke. But I might not be broke around that time.

I looked up the 25th Anniversary thing a while ago but I clearly missed all the details. Even on the official site, I have no idea how to go along and watch or buy tickets or anything. I don't fucking know, I just want to try and punch you all in the face.

It might be the case that real Ns don't cry, but probably real Ns don't make videos of people who are upset and then post them on youtube, either. I'm not part of the culture so I'm not really an expert.

Also, as the 25th thing is not too far for me I'm gonna be going to that too (possibly just the sunday though)

Online fightings could be a bit tricky for a while - moved a bunch of stuff around the place and now suddenly the wireless signal is weaker than my Ultra combo attempts with Gief. Current plan is to move the 360 somewhere better and hope that the cables still reach. :P

As for the election itself, I think Romney made a mistake by using all his meter and the sum total of his matchup knowledge in the first debate, and he was quickly figured out. Still, he was good entertainment and I think he's got a chance against John McCain in losers finals.

I will always pipe up to suggest some Neal Stephenson. Cryptonomicon to start. Then the Baroque Cycle. Nice bit of light reading, y'know.

Hope to be on for some Street Fighting later, or if my router is playing up I will flail around in training mode. I put input display on the other day and discovered that my interpretation of a dragon punch motion is not exactly faithful to the source material.

Joe what is wrong with your router. We managed to connect that one time, wildly, and now it won't work any more. It saddens me.

I am kind of looking forward to my xbox's inevitable death during the next few months, since the new ones have built in wi-fi adaptors, right? Which means I can hurl my shit wireless bridge out of the window, since I'm fairly convinced it's wilding my NAT up somehow.
