Isn't there some final mode where you don't get the visual cues at all?

I believe that's in Ouendan 2. :) I had some fun times in the Ouendan 1 high score thread years ago; I think I ended up getting a pretty good score for that Egyptian level, but my favourite is still the election level with the afro dude.

I've decided to give Strekken a little break after getting repeatedly smashed over and over and over by the same fella on ranked the other night and a) not being able to do a thing about it b) not being able to find another opponent c) not being the type to quit out of a lobby just because the person occupying it has beaten me 50 times already. On the plus side, I did learn quite a bit about taking on Jack-X as Sim. Fuck Ogre though. Also, I got some nice messages for a change. About my Sim. None about my dreadful Rufus though, obv. I should probably give AE some of my time again.

In wildly off-topic news, my son's band have been busy in the studio creating an EP and well, look, here is one of their songs. If you have a minute, please 'like' if you like. Or, you know, neg me to death. Whichever takes your fancy really.

(I can't get it to work in firefox for some reason, but it's fine in *spit* IE)

EDIT: I was getting the joffostares when I was playing him also. Which is *obviously* why his Ibuki was knocking my Sim all over the place. MIND GAMES.

He should just create his own Joffostare ASCII art and stick it in his bio for all to see.

I definitely want TTT2 at some point. Probably when it drops to £20 next week because no-one really bought it. I might be playing it today actually.

Oh, joffo:

Maybe they'll make the Wii U one look like a child's activity centre

Anyone on tonight? Possibly the busiest week of my life is done, the back problem that plagued me for most of it appears to be gone, and I'd really like to celebrate by punching a bunch of people in the face.

Probs be on around half ten, if anyone's keen.

This. I want to punch folk too. If I can stay awake long enough of course.

Also a new flatmate moves in tomrorow and the new flatmate is female. God she'd best not want to watch the tv when I'm playing street fighter.

Happened to me too, she's cool with it though. She's Ukrainian.

GGGs to Nate earlier, the funnest lobby I've had for ages. Dat perfect, dat double KO. oooooooo!

If you want a shooty game where constant retreat is useful, pick up the Serious Sam HD games. So much running backwards shooting. As a bonus they are awesome.

Well, the first one is. I've played... most of it. I stopped because of Street Fighter.
