I got rid of Starfox 64 3D due to tiny normal 3DS causing me cramp issues playing it. I was utterly obsessed with Lilac Whores back in the day as well. Such a great score attack game. Remember trying to convince yourself you were actually having fun with the absolutely abysmal multiplayer? Especially after going through the motions to unlock on-foot mode.

Also, getting medals on all levels to unlock the "graphic equalizer" thinking it would make the game look like the SNES version because I had no idea what a graphic equalizer was and that seemed to make sense.

I should probably play some Street Fighter between now and then otherwise it's all going to be pretty embarrassing for me.

My background is alpha 3 on GBA/PSP. That's right, you're all gonna get j.HK cr.HK'd so hard. Fuck medium punch/kick, you had to press a shoulder and face button at the same time on GBA. HP, HK, all day!

If everyone else will be bringing TEs I am happy to use my carrying capacity for beer. And snacks (I have recently been introduced to Frijolemole, best newcomer in the Circular Tubs of Dip category).

Yeah, but I think that this will quash any rumours about obsession over only using one or two characters in the roster. People say that I have an inseperable relationship with Juri? Well now I can tell them that I broke up with her. :P

This is my favourite pun for ages.

Next time we play, I hope you take a long time to pick your character, so I can be all "come on, what's the hold-up?"

So it's 2.30 in the am and I'm a little drunk and raring for a FIGHT! Having not played SSFIV for a while it's time to get my game on.

First game lets go. One other UK player up in the wee hours with me, I join him. My one and only main Ken against his probably not main chicken DJ.

As soon as I see he's number 42 in the world I don't even press a button or move the stick and think, well this is pointless and let him proceed to beat me up to get the inevitable over with. But then......something snaps....

I'm around right this very now. I just fought Goemon's very scary Gen. Also, I'm eating smokehouse flavour almonds and drinking a smoked beer. I'm not smoking, though that would be a lovely way to top it all off.

Sweet. I am coming on in the next half hour to hour. Then I'm going to play all night, or go to BlazBlue and lament the fact it isn't Persona. I did a little BBing earlier though. Managed to do Jin combo challenge 9, which I've not managed before. Good to know I haven't completely lost it!

If someone has a link cable I'll totally bring my GBA for a bit of this. I think my bag can carry one more miniature computer. I can't remember who I main in that game but I'm pretty sure I was godlike for the five minutes I tried it.

Also I'll do what I can with P4:A, to be honest if we've not had a release date yet then it's not likely it'll be out in time for Heggfest. If review code's available I'll bring it along.

Getting hype now. Could someone please play Evil Ryu for me in a lobby tonight and get a couple of chip wins with red fireballs? I miss fighting games.

Yeah, amazing lobby. Dug out my mic for the first time in a while, was fun chatting with you all.

As much as I love Chun, she's being rapidly cast aside as a main for Rose. I adore her as a character. Probably cos I've got gypsy blood on my Mum's side.

Yes, GGs all last night. I think I ended up playing some seven hours in all, so I can't really remember many match specifics, but nice to play such a wide range of people on a Friday night.

Also that youtube clip is amazing Joffo. It's really amazing how Rodman's fingers aren't burnt off despite the fact he's clearly gripping the side/edge of that coke machine.
