Donut did one of my specialties on me tonight. Namely, trying to chip someone out with a meaty dash punch when their ONLY option is to wake up ultra, which will win. It's nice to be on the giving end for a change.

Haha, two of the rare times anyone's rage-quit on me were because I had been sitting crouched at the other side of the screen with no life left and they couldn't resist the dash punch. Not even meaty. It must be irresistible.

Donut - games the other night were amazing! BoM and I played for an hour when I went up to Edinburgh and decided to play a bit more when I got back. That guy is so sick, he barely plays now but is still so good. Trying to get him down for the meet-up soon, speaking of which..

• Days/times you're thinking you'll be along (it's Friday evening 7th - Sunday afternoon 9th).

• If you work in the games industry could you just give me a rough idea of what you do, who for, etc (as much info as you're comfortable providing, really). As some know, some maybe don't, it's my office that we're looking to do this in, and I work in that area, so I just prefer to know in advance. It's no biggie, and nobody will be told no on this basis!

Oh jesus. I got my PP down to sub-700 a few weeks due to drunken cammy and her lack of links and haven't been back since.

I think 700ish is my alltime high, but that was a bit fraudulent as I was only playing same skill. Last night got me down to about 300 as I tried and failed to shake a month's rust off poor Chun.

If you really care about PP learn someone like balrog. Safe, defensive characters with good anti-airs and decent punishes are the way forwards for relatively low-level ranked. Someone like cammy, where you get murdered for a single dropped link is a bit harder to win with consistently to start with. Much more fun though!
