Due to my laziness when it comes to setting things up correctly you can cheekily hide off the right hand side of the screen, and observe like some sexy, invisible voyeur.

Also christ, I've seen damdai's ST saturday vids where he goes over the hawk stuff, but christ it's so brutal when he gets someone in it.

Oh man, that's annoying! If it makes you feel any better I've just bought a few bundles that include games I'd already bought a while ago when they were on sale.

Properly gutted about missing out of the SSFIV deal. ;_;

Today would be the day I say "You know what, I may need that extra tenner on me in cash" :lol:

Oh well, I'll just get it this weekend at 50% instead, as I know it won't go down again. May buy that DLC pack while at it to soothe my soul. That and I want it for when I get my new PC next week. :omg:

Looks like my 360 is knackered. Constant high pitched noise through HDMI. Just as I got to play in a lobby with Sith too. :(

Gah. Might be on later if I can figure out what the problem is.

I had the same thing mate... It appears to be coming from someones mic in the lobby... I thought it was Sith, not sure though.

By the way, if I quit the lobby it doesn't kick everyone out right? If so people are gonna be pissed at me lol.

Thanks for the games all. My shoulder is playing me up so I'm gonna finish there tonight (almost beating the frenchman)

GGs to Lahyrical Dohonut earlier. I originally joined Joeplus's lobby but there were a few too many mans in there for the time I had to play so I ducked out. Shame really as I've only played him once or twice and have never played Yasawas or Curtis who were in there too. Soon I hope. :)

The set with Donut was fun as always though. I brought out my Secret Heggfest Character for a few games and was suitably underwhelming with them but flitting around with some others was much more enjoyable. Donut's E.Ryu vs Abel was great despite me having to put my stick down halfway through round three because the curry arrived. Donut did a couple of wonderful styling combos on me with his excellent Seth, one involving two FADCs as he carried me from almost one corner to the other and another where did some moves then finished with an almost utterly pointless Super which is always the best type of Super. Swag.

It's good to be able to read the thread again too. I've been on a self-imposed ban from here and Facebook for the last week whilst I caught up on Evo for fear of an unintentional spoiler.

EVO stuff:

Marvel finals was hype, even though I still have no idea what they're doing. I don't know why but I find Chris G really annoying. The fucking mess that Morrigan makes of the screen gets me really eggy but I literally have no idea what I'm watching so it's not a slight on his tactics or skills or anything. I even find his Sakura in AE annoying which makes no sense at all because she's just brilliant.

Someone said it earlier about AE but the top 8 was pretty underwhelming compared to some of the quarters and semis stuff. I've got a lot of time for Infiltration so am more than happy he won but I can't help but feel that I'd have liked the whole top 8 to be more tense and close. Gamerbee is wonderful though and I need to rewatch the matches he had with Daigo because I'm pretty sure I saw the best Adon combo I've ever seen in that set. It was so surprising and stylish that, not for the first time when watching this Evo, I spoke aloud my approval to an empty room.

I was a bit sad that there was no Ultradavid for Top 8 commentary and whilst it was nice to see Seth Killian get a bit choked up at the end he didn't exactly set the rest of it alight like Ultradavid did during quarters and semis. I found Yipes's 'don't touch my hair' shit astoundingly irritating too. I found him pretty tiring pretty quickly throughout actually whilst I liked Magnus (?) quite a bit.

I watched the SFxT top 4 too. I may sue Capcom and ask for 45 minutes of my life back for that. My own fault for watching a game I have no interest in I suppose.

Need to crack on with that ST Top 8 folk are banging on about now.
