Managed to make it through til the last match, assisted by the strongest pot of coffee known to man made at 2am.

I can see Poongko falling at either Dieminion, Xiao Hai or Humanbomb.

I'd like to see Dieminiion take it because he's been fucking amazing all tournament, but it'll probably be Daigo.

Poor Haitani. Cammy is a pretty horrible match for Makoto though.

The jolly one was definitely intended.

Daigo really is the best SFIV player around no matter what happens. He might lose some matches throughout the year but when it comes to the big one, he always turns up. It's really quite incredible especially with a character that, at such a high level of play, has a lot of pretty bad matchups.

I really love Magus as a commentator now. Funny, insightful, same haircut as me, what's not to like? He's come on so much since the days of getting drunk and shouting "SCOOPS!" into the mic. Evidently I need to watch more norcal stuff.

No Justin nor Ricky... so surprised at that. I thought one of those might take it this year.

Quite pleased since they've been shitting up otherwise-great tournaments for the past year with mirrors

I suppose I shouldn't count out Poongko really. Dat table.

Anybody fighting this evening? I may wait until Marvel gets a bit further along in the bracket before tuning in because I watched too much streaming yesterday even by my unhealthy standards.

I need to do some pruning for sure. The most annoying ones are people I know in real life who I never, ever play online games with but am too polite to remove. I will make some room and add you. Are you nuskool on XBL?

GGs Donut, Imp, Qazi and very briefly Joffles. Donut was the first to bust out technology from the Evo stream in a lobby with the Haitani anti-air cr. MK into cross under shenanigans.

GGs to everyone tonight; apologies for my ranting but I made a lot of daft decisions, and sometimes my moves weren't coming out as I'd planned. I still got the occasional dive kick in though. :P
